Dustin Kupka
Growing up in Montour, Iowa, I absorbed the essence of successful entrepreneurship and a strong work ethic from my greatest mentors—my parents. With my mom owning a hair salon and my dad running a residential construction company, our family's 10-acre farm house, a rental property, became a hub of collaborative work and cherished memories. It was here that my passion for real estate took root.
To pursue my entrepreneurial aspirations, I studied business and sports administration at Simpson College in Indianola. Working my way through college, I gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry, eventually becoming the corporate sales director after a 17-year career.
Throughout life's twists and turns, my love for real estate remained steadfast. Researching properties and diving into real estate investing, my excitement grew. The journey officially began when my wife, Allison, and I purchased and successfully sold our first rehab house. Hooked on the process, I co-founded Kairos Homes, specializing in residential rehabs, property flipping, and rental management.
Driven by an increasing passion, I obtained my real estate license, realizing instantly that this was my calling. As a licensed agent, I'm thrilled to collaborate with the RE/MAX Precision team to surpass the expectations of our clients, crafting memorable 5-star experiences. From conveying the excitement of an accepted offer to witnessing the joy of clients holding their home keys, these moments fuel my dedication.
Residing in Grimes, Iowa, with my wife Allison and our three children—Trey, Trevor, and Tessa—I find inspiration in my family. Excited to be a guiding example for my children, I aim to instill the same work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit that my parents cultivated in me. The legacy continues, and I'm eager to embark on this journey with my family by my side.

After graduating from college, I dove into the realms of public health and education. Landing my first full-time job, I set my sights on a personal milestone – purchasing my very own home. The search led me to a charming Beaverdale bungalow, complete with an adorable enclosed front porch, hardwood floors, arched doorways, and a wood-burning fireplace. It was a solo venture into the world of real estate, and I loved every moment.
Enter my husband, Dustin, and our countless conversations about dreams and aspirations. Among these talks, a recurring theme emerged – a shared passion for real estate. Fueled by a desire to assist others and a genuine love for the industry, we knew this was our calling. With unwavering faith, I embraced every opportunity, gaining experience in house flipping, acquiring rental properties, and guiding individuals through the intricate journey of buying and selling homes.
Our real estate venture is a family affair, providing a platform for leading by example. I involve our kids, instilling values of service, strong work ethic, goal-setting, decision-making skills, and financial awareness.
Beyond real estate, my joys include enthusiastically cheering for my kids in their myriad activities, indulging in reading, pampering our family dog, and creating cherished memories with loved ones.
